液压打包机缓冲油缸的作用

  线材厂液压打包机上设置缓冲油缸,以减小打包过程中的冲击。缓冲油缸采用气液两相结构,对液压打包机的正常运行起着重要作用。本文就生产中缓冲油缸产生的主要故障做了详细的分析,并给出了解决方案。生产实践证明,缓冲油缸的故障得到了有效的控制。

  液(ye)压(ya)打(da)包(bao)(bao)机(ji)是(shi)线棒材厂重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)精整收集(ji)设备(bei)。我们线材厂使用的(de)(de)(de)液(ye)压(ya)打(da)包(bao)(bao)机(ji)为森德斯设计(ji)制造的(de)(de)(de)液(ye)压(ya)打(da)包(bao)(bao)机(ji),液(ye)压(ya)系统多采用比(bi)例(li)控制回(hui)路。通(tong)过比(bi)例(li)阀无调(diao)速(su)调(diao)整小车以(yi)及送线等装置的(de)(de)(de)动作(zuo)(zuo)速(su)度,这样做(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)提(ti)高打(da)包(bao)(bao)动作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)同时,降低冲击。但仅(jin)仅(jin)靠比(bi)例(li)回(hui)路,2#小车在(zai)动作(zuo)(zuo)末端其冲击仍然很大。基(ji)于(yu)以(yi)上原因(yin),森德斯在(zai)此基(ji)础上通(tong)过气液(ye)两相的(de)(de)(de)缓(huan)冲油缸渊见图1冤来降低冲击。液(ye)压(ya)打(da)包(bao)(bao)机(ji)的(de)(de)(de)缓(huan)冲油缸虽然回(hui)路简单,但对于(yu)液(ye)压(ya)打(da)包(bao)(bao)机(ji)的(de)(de)(de)正常运(yun)行起着至关重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用。

  在液(ye)压(ya)(ya)打包(bao)机(ji)开始打包(bao),2#小(xiao)(xiao)车的(de)导(dao)(dao)向(xiang)臂(bei)(bei)快(kuai)要动作(zuo)到(dao)位时(shi)给(ji)导(dao)(dao)向(xiang)臂(bei)(bei)一个反向(xiang)作(zuo)用力(li),使导(dao)(dao)向(xiang)臂(bei)(bei)由高速(su)(su)运(yun)动经(jing)大(da)(da)约(yue)0.5秒的(de)时(shi)间渊这(zhei)(zhei)个时(shi)间是(shi)缓(huan)(huan)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)时(shi)间冤停止。由于有了缓(huan)(huan)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong),导(dao)(dao)向(xiang)臂(bei)(bei)运(yun)动不是(shi)突(tu)然由高速(su)(su)降为(wei)零,冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)击(ji)会减小(xiao)(xiao)很多(duo),这(zhei)(zhei)样就使线道等(deng)机(ji)械设备避免(mian)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)击(ji)而(er)不损(sun)坏。在这(zhei)(zhei)里(li)缓(huan)(huan)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)油(you)缸(gang)就相当于一个可(ke)(ke)调(diao)整的(de)液(ye)压(ya)(ya)弹簧(huang)。其原(yuan)理是(shi)通过调(diao)整油(you)缸(gang)内6个阻(zu)尼孔的(de)大(da)(da)小(xiao)(xiao)来改变液(ye)压(ya)(ya)阻(zu)尼的(de)大(da)(da)小(xiao)(xiao)渊即缓(huan)(huan)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)力(li)的(de)大(da)(da)小(xiao)(xiao)冤。与(yu)采取机(ji)械缓(huan)(huan)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)方(fang)式相比,采用缓(huan)(huan)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)缸(gang)的(de)缺点(dian)是(shi)结构复杂尧制(zhi)造和维(wei)(wei)护成(cheng)本较高,维(wei)(wei)护要求(qiu)也(ye)高。点(dian)是(shi)缓(huan)(huan)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)力(li)可(ke)(ke)调(diao),缓(huan)(huan)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)效果较好(hao)。用机(ji)械缓(huan)(huan)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)方(fang)式结构简单(dan)尧制(zhi)造和维(wei)(wei)护成(cheng)本低,但较难实现可(ke)(ke)调(diao)方(fang)式,缓(huan)(huan)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)效果不如缓(huan)(huan)冲(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)油(you)缸(gang)。
