液压打包机控制系统程序模块化设计方法

  液压打包机控制系统程序采用模块化设计方法,打包环节程序拟定为主程序调用函数FC的结构。

  主(zhu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)OB1是控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系统(tong)循环组(zu)织块,为(wei)PLC操作系统(tong)与用(yong)(yong)户程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)的(de)(de)(de)接口(kou),由OB1调用(yong)(yong)FC1-FC4子(zi)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)块完成各(ge)部分控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)功能;手动(dong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)既可(ke)以用(yong)(yong)于系统(tong)调试,也可(ke)以用(yong)(yong)于小批量生(sheng)产(chan)过(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)手动(dong)单步控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi),在(zai)手动(dong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)中手动(dong)调用(yong)(yong)压(ya)(ya)头子(zi)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)FC6和辅助(zhu)缸(gang)(gang)子(zi)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)FC5.可(ke)分别实现对主(zhu)、侧液压(ya)(ya)缸(gang)(gang)以及上(shang)盖缸(gang)(gang)、前(qian)门缸(gang)(gang)、锁紧缸(gang)(gang)的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi);自(zi)动(dong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)用(yong)(yong)于大批量生(sheng)产(chan)过(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)自(zi)动(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi),在(zai)自(zi)动(dong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)中自(zi)动(dong)调用(yong)(yong)压(ya)(ya)头子(zi)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)FC6和辅助(zhu)缸(gang)(gang)子(zi)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)FC5;液压(ya)(ya)打包(bao)机(ji)急(ji)停(ting)(ting)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)用(yong)(yong)于在(zai)出现错误或紧急(ji)情况时停(ting)(ting)止(zhi)系统(tong)各(ge)部分运行(xing);复(fu)位程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)用(yong)(yong)于取(qu)消急(ji)停(ting)(ting)状态(tai),使系统(tong)回到初始状态(tai)。

  液压打包机的自动程序包括上料传送带电机控制程序、控制程序、主液压缸压力控制程序等。
