运用于液压打包机需要进行长时间的试验

  在(zai)液压打(da)包机(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)主压/脱(tuo)(tuo)箱(xiang)机(ji)(ji)(ji)构待(dai)机(ji)(ji)(ji)不(bu)工作时,将(jiang)主压电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)(ji)转换到“Y”(星(xing)形)状(zhuang)(zhuang)态(tai)(tai)运(yun)行(xing)此方法避免了(le)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)频(pin)繁(fan)启(qi)动,同(tong)时电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)(ji)在(zai)运(yun)行(xing)状(zhuang)(zhuang)态(tai)(tai)下,从“Y”(星(xing)形)切换到“△”(三角)的(de)(de)瞬(shun)时电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流也远小于启(qi)动时的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,能(neng)大程度减(jian)少周期性频(pin)繁(fan)地“Y”-“△”切换对电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)损害。当(dang)三相电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压为(wei)(wei)(wei)U,线电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流为(wei)(wei)(wei)I,三相异步电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)动机(ji)(ji)(ji)以(yi)“△”状(zhuang)(zhuang)态(tai)(tai)运(yun)行(xing)时,电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)功率(lv)为(wei)(wei)(wei)31/2U·I;以(yi)“Y”状(zhuang)(zhuang)态(tai)(tai)运(yun)行(xing)时,电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)功率(lv)为(wei)(wei)(wei)U·(I为(wei)(wei)(wei)“△”状(zhuang)(zhuang)态(tai)(tai)运(yun)行(xing)时的(de)(de)57.74%)。在(zai)主压/脱(tuo)(tuo)箱(xiang)机(ji)(ji)(ji)构待(dai)机(ji)(ji)(ji)时,将(jiang)主压电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)(ji)切换到“Y”状(zhuang)(zhuang)态(tai)(tai)运(yun)行(xing),也一定能(neng)降(jiang)低打(da)包机(ji)(ji)(ji)吨(dun)皮棉(mian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)耗(hao)。

液压打包机

  对(dui)于(yu)乌兹别克斯坦的液压(ya)(ya)打(da)包机(ji)(ji),按每小时(shi)(shi)生产20包棉包为例,每包用时(shi)(shi)180秒,其中(zhong)主(zhu)压(ya)(ya)/脱箱机(ji)(ji)加(jia)工技术与应(ying)用152020年中(zhong)国液压(ya)(ya)加(jia)工期构(gou)待机(ji)(ji)、主(zhu)压(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)(功(gong)率77kW)空(kong)(kong)载(zai)运行(xing)时(shi)(shi)间约70秒。假定(ding)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)空(kong)(kong)载(zai)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)为额定(ding)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的38%(电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)空(kong)(kong)载(zai)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)约为额定(ding)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的33%~40%),由(you)于(yu)31/2U·I=77kW,,则:以(yi)“△”状(zhuang)态运行(xing)时(shi)(shi),主(zhu)压(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)的空(kong)(kong)载(zai)功(gong)率=0.38×31/2U·I=29.26kW;以(yi)“Y”状(zhuang)态运行(xing)时(shi)(shi),主(zhu)压(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)的空(kong)(kong)载(zai)功(gong)率=0.38U·I=16.893kW,两(liang)者之差为12.367kW。当主(zhu)压(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)周期性地“Y”-“△”切换后,每小时(shi)(shi)节约电(dian)(dian)能(neng)=(70/180)×12.367=4.81(kW·h)。

  上(shang)述为估(gu)算数(shu)据(ju)。乌兹别(bie)克斯坦轧(ya)花厂(chang)的(de)(de)工(gong)作人员对打包(bao)机(ji)(ji)主(zhu)压电(dian)机(ji)(ji)进行周期性(xing)(xing)地“Y”-“△”切换(huan)试验及测得(de)的(de)(de)主(zhu)压电(dian)机(ji)(ji)电(dian)能消(xiao)(xiao)耗(hao)减(jian)少的(de)(de)数(shu)据(ju)(为防(fang)止交(jiao)流(liu)接触器损坏(huai),试验时,生产(chan)线将产(chan)量下降到每(mei)小(xiao)时3包(bao))。经过数(shu)据(ju)对比,在每(mei)小(xiao)时打3包(bao)的(de)(de)情(qing)况下,主(zhu)压电(dian)机(ji)(ji)周期性(xing)(xing)地“Y”-“△”切换(huan)后,主(zhu)压电(dian)机(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)电(dian)能消(xiao)(xiao)耗(hao)降低了(le)17.5%。

  由于存在(zai)控(kong)制(zhi)大功(gong)率电机(ji)(ji)的(de)交流接触(chu)器疲劳强度、使用寿命(ming)等问题(ti),该方法恐难长(zhang)(zhang)期使用,同(tong)时节能效果亦有限。故此方法要运用于液压打包(bao)机(ji)(ji),还需要进行更长(zhang)(zhang)时间的(de)试验,同(tong)时还要有非常可靠耐(nai)用的(de)交流接触(chu)器。
